Massage Therapy is a therapeutic practice that treats the soft tissue of the body. It has positive effects on the muscles, ligaments and tendons. Massage Therapy can also stimulate the nervous, lymphatic, respiratory, and digestive systems to improve your overall health.

Rob completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. During his undergraduate studies he dedicated special interest towards functional anatomy and sports rehabilitation, and additionally worked with the McMaster Men’s Lacrosse and Basketball teams as a field therapist. Following, Rob graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, gaining quality experience in geriatric rehabilitation and orthopaedics.

Rob has continued his education with courses in concussion management, orthopaedics, and manual therapy. Rob is a team player when it comes to helping you get back to the activities you love to do. He provides clear and valuable education, manual therapy, and client-specific exercises in his treatment approach to help you achieve your unique goals.

Outside of the office, Rob enjoys running and hiking along Hamilton’s incredible trail system, playing hockey and disc golf recreationally, and watching whichever sporting event is on TV.

Sarah Baiardo is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Athletic Therapist with extensive experience working with athletes and the general population. With a strong educational foundation in Kinesiology from Brock University, Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College, and Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health and Technology, Sarah is equipped with the knowledge and skills to address a wide variety of injuries and conditions.

Throughout her career, Sarah has worked with athletes in numerous sports, providing treatment and rehabilitation for acute injuries as well as chronic and overuse conditions. Her expertise spans sports injury management and rehabilitation, preventative care, and pain relief. She has had the privilege of working at major events, including the Ontario Summer Games and Canada Summer Games, where she provided care for athletes at high levels of competition.

Sarah believes in getting to the root cause of each issue, and works closely with her clients to create personalized treatment plans. She is committed to working with you to help you move better, feel better, and ultimately achieve your health and fitness goals. Surinder is a Certified Athletic Therapist working in Hamilton since 2003. He is a graduate of the Sports Injury Program at Sheridan College and holds a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. With over 20 years of clinical practice, Surinder is a continuous learner, having taken several post-graduate courses related to manual treatment and clinical rehabilitation of the active population.

Along with providing treatment, Surinder has a special interest in providing custom and off the shelf bracing to individuals for a variety of needs.

He draws his clinical practice from working in a variety of sports settings and teams, working with elite and world class athletes, as well continually attending conferences and workshops. He is a strong believer of educating the patient and empowering them to help them succeed in a successful rehabilitation program for all levels of activity.

Surinder was the Lead Therapist for the Canadian National Wrestling Team for nearly 20 years. He has been on the medical team for several major games including the 2024, 2020, 2016, 2012, 2008 Olympics Games, 2014 and 2010 Commonwealth Games, Pan American Games, several World Championships. Surinder also provided Athletic Therapy consultation to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club of the CFL as part of their performance enhancement team for over 8 years. Kate is an orthopedic and level 2 pelvic health physiotherapist working in Ancaster. She is a graduate of Western University’s Physical Therapy program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. During this time she played for both the McMaster Women’s and Western Women’s Rugby team, where she developed a strong foundation in strength and conditioning and a passion for athletic performance.

Since graduating Kate has continued her education in manual therapy, pelvic health, acupuncture and concussion management.

Kate is passionate about sports, women’s health and helping people feel more confident in their bodies. She works with people of all ages, supporting them through a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, pelvic floor concerns, pregnancy and post natal care.

With a background in sport and a genuine love for movement, Kate focuses on empowering her patients through education, evidence based treatment and personalised care. Her goal is to help people return to the things they love - stronger, more comfortable and with confidence.

Philip completed his Honours Bachelors of Arts in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario in 2002 and graduated with distinction.

He then completed his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2004. He is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Since graduating, his focus has been on the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries.

Philip applies a comprehensive approach with emphasis on manual therapy, tailored active programs and education to provide individualized client care. His goal is to optimize clients’ recovery and help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Philip has also enjoyed an athletic background as a competitive swimmer for 10 years, representing Barbados at the national level on several occasions.

If he is not swimming, he can be found enjoying trail running on many of the beautiful trails that the Hamilton/ Burlington area has to offer.
